    Hypnospark provides online hypnotherapy sessions and related digital materials to support emotional well-being and personal development. These services are not intended to replace medical or psychiatric care. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
  2. Client Eligibility
    By using this service, you confirm that:
    • You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to consent in your jurisdiction.
    • You are participating voluntarily and understand that individual results may vary.
    • You will not use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  3. Sessions and Communication
    • All sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom).
    • You are responsible for having a working internet connection and suitable environment.
    • Recording sessions is not allowed without mutual written consent.
  4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
    • Sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system.
    • Payment is required at the time of booking.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
  5. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website — including audio, written materials, scripts, and downloads — is the intellectual property of Hypnospark unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written permission.
  6. Privacy
