Each story reflects a unique journey—shared here with permission to inspire and reassure you.
The recordings often made me drift off midway, yet I always became aware at the final count-up, which reassured me that I wasn’t asleep and that the suggestions were still taking root. Knowing that this relaxed, almost dreamy state was actually part of the process gave me peace of mind.
During sessions, the insights were surprising and eye-opening—‘Oh, I can see it that way!’ became a regular realization. These conversations felt fresh and fun while helping me reframe old patterns.
I also appreciated how Makiko celebrated small steps instead of focusing on what I couldn’t do. That gave me a sense of security and taught me that even small progress matters.
The combination of subconscious change through hypnosis and conscious shifts from these insights created a steady, lasting transformation.

During hypnosis, I experience an infinite, deep place—like surrendering to the universe, floating underwater, or being in the womb. It’s a serene, softly illuminated, and quiet space where I feel completely safe and fulfilled. From this place, I realize that everything happening around me is created by my own consciousness. This awareness is profound and empowering.

“I had a performance scheduled after just three or four sessions, and at the start, I was very anxious and unsure whether I would even participate. However, as the sessions progressed, I gradually felt motivated to take part in the performance.
On the day of the event, during rehearsal, my hands, legs, and voice were shaking from extreme nerves. I thought the actual performance would be even worse. However, during the waiting time, I calmed myself by recalling the sessions and listening to the recordings. I was able to relax in a good way and enter my own world while singing.
Thanks to the sessions, the usual tension and anxiety disappeared, and afterwards, I felt joy performing for the first time in a long while. I plan to keep listening to the recordings and hope to expand my world even more at next year’s performance.”
